Four women died on the spot while 12 others sustained serious injuries after a Kitwe-to-Sesheke bus, on which they were travelling, careered off the road and overturned near Monze.

This comes barely a fortnight after 14 people died when a Lusaka-to-Chipata bus, on which they were travelling, plunged into Luangwa River.
Police spokesperson Munganga Chanda says the latest accident happened on Monday around 23:00 hours at an area called Munyumabisi, about 15km from Monze.
The bus is operated by Mazhandu Family Bus Services.
Ms Chanda has said the dead have not yet been identified and that their bodies are in Monze Missionary Hospital mortuary.
The driver, who is also among the injured, has been identified as Joseph Kanyombo, 41, of Lusaka’s New Chibolya. The conductor of the bus was slightly injured.
Ms Chanda has appealed to members of the public, who suspect that their relatives could have been on the bus, to go to Monze Mission Hospital mortuary to ascertain their suspicions.
