Opposition political parties are bubbling with confidence ahead of the Mansa central parliamentary by-election whose date is yet to be set by the Electoral Commission of Zambia.
United Party for National Development (UPND) national youth Chairperson Likando Mufalali says it is abundantly clear that the ruling Patriotic Front PF has literary failed and done nothing for the people of Mansa.
Mr. Mufalali who was recently in Mansa for an assessment of the situation on the ground says the unfulfilled promises made by the PF to the people in the area are coming to haunt the ruling party.
He says the UPND is going to Mansa with vigor adding that it is the high time the people of Mansa choose the right party which will be able to keep its promises.
And the Movement for Multiparty Democracy MMD says they are happy with the frankness of the electorate in Mansa Central.
MMD Solwezi Central Member of Parliament says according to their assessment,the electorate in Mansa has rejected the ruling PF for doing nothing in the area.
He adds that the PF have nothing to talk about to be able to convince people in Mansa to vote for their candidate in the Mansa central by-election.
