President Michael Sata has with immediate effect appointed Itezhi Tezhi United Party for National Development (UPND) Member of Parliament, Greyford Monde, as Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Livestock.
According to a press statement made available to ZANIS today by Special Assistant for Press and Public Relations to the President George Chellah, the President said he is confident that Mr Monde will perform to his expectations and that of the Zambian people.
President Sata has since swapped Commerce Minister, Robert Sichinga with his Agriculture Counterpart, Emmanuel Chenda.
According to the press statement the changes are with immediate effect.
