Delegates at the just-ended Southern Province Constitutional Consultative Convention in Livingstone have unanimously resolved not to back any article that marginalised groups may use to promote homosexuality among other social ills.

Delegates argued that the law should clearly define who falls under the category of marginalised groups in order to deter those with questionable sexual orientation in Zambia.
