Opposition National Restoration Party President Elias Chipimo has challenged government to come out clearly and explain allegations that National Resources Development College –NRDC- has been sold to Chinese state run firm, Avic international.
Mr Chipimo tells Phoenix News that it is only right that government explains to the Zambians its stance on the matter amid allegations of NRDC being sold.
And Mr Chipimo is of the view that Parliament halts all transactions relating to the sale of all public properties that were done without transparency and in unconstitutional manner.
And when contacted for a comment, Government Spokesperson Mulenga Kampamba says her office will soon issue a comprehensive statement on the matter.
