Former Bafana Bafana midfielder Quinton Fortune was in Zambia for coaching clinics on Tuesday.

Fortune, who played for English Premiership giants Manchester United during his illustrious football career, has been working on his coaching badges in England in recent years.

The Football Association of Zambia confirmed Fortune’s visit to the country and the duties he carried out with the aspiring footballers.

“Former Manchester United player Quinton Fortune is in the country for a one day football clinic with Zambia Under Twenty National Soccer Team. The clinic is being conducted at the Olympic Youth Development Centre (OYDC) in Lusaka. His visit has been made possible by Kanzai Plascon paints. Fortune was met at OYDC by FAZ President Kalusha Bwalya,” FAZ Facebook page revealed.

FAZ president Kalusha Bwalya tweeted: Kalusha Bwalya @KalushaPBwalya “We were happy to receive ex Man United player Quinton Fortune in Lusaka at the OYDC. He did a clinic with our U-20.”
