NRP Leader advises Mumba and Hichilema

Lusaka, February 20,ZANIS—–National Revolution Party (NRP) leader  Cosmo Mumba says the  United Party for National Development (UPND) and Movement for Multi Party Democracy (MMD) have lost their dignity of existence in politics.

Mr. Mumba said the UPND and MMD leaders should be weary of the gravity of the negative impact that came with rising unnecessary alarm to the nation.

Speaking to ZANIS in a telephone interview today, Mr. Mumba said Dr. Mumba and Mr. Hichilema should desist from issuing alarming statement which has the potential to plunge the national into confusion.

Mr. Mumba further advised the two position leaders to focus their energy on meaningful politicking and not creating by-elections through their intolerant attitude against their Members of Parliament.

Mr. Mumba who was recently in Mpongwe to beef up support for the Patriotic Front candidate Gabriel Namulambe said the Patriotic Front party is the strongest party in Mpongwe and will with no doubt win the by-election.

He observed that the UPND and MMD stand no chance of winning the seats as he has put candidates of weaker standing in the constituency.
