Civic leader welcomes Seyuba back to Western province.

A civic leader in Lewanika Ward in Mongu says the transferring back of Permanent Secretary Augustine Seyuba to Western Province will revamp the fight against corruption and abuse of public resources.

Mr. Mwenda Lishebo commended President Michael Sata for the move saying that was a knee jerk response that requires prudent manner in the dispensation and use of public funds.

He explained that the corporate experience Mr. Seyuba has will benefit the people in the province immensely.

The Ward Councilor said public resources are fundamental to the growth of the nation and development.

Mr. Augustine Seyuba was transferred from North-Western Province to Western Province as Permanent Secretary.
