Former President Edgar Lungu’s Press Aide, Amos Chanda, who recently threatened to sue the Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) today, November 2nd 2021, got the shock of his life when the law enforcement agency turned the gun on him and two family members.
Chanda, who had indicated that he will sue the ACC for allegedly violently searching his property was today arrested alongside his wife Mable and sister-in-law Ruth Nakaundi.
The trio is charged with obstruction of justice and using insulting language against law enforcement officers.

Investigative wings also arrested former Ministers and PF legislators Nickson Chilangwa and Ronald Chitotela on charges of arson, threatening violence, malicious damage to property and assault. The two were later released on bond. They will appear in court on 18 November 2021.
