By appointing Margaret Mwanakatwe PF want to steal – Chipenzi
Election Expert MacDonald Chipenzi has charged that the transfer of Margaret Mwanakatwe to head the Ministry of Finance is questionable.
Mr. Chipenzi tells Chikuni Radio News that Felix Mutati has been the best manager to oversee the treasury of the country as he has limited freedoms to venture illegal expenditures because of him belonging to the opposition political party.
Mr. Chipenzi claims that the appointment of Margaret Mwanakatwe subscribes to the Uubomba mwibala alya mwibala adage President Lungu recently used as the PF wants to use the new Minister to abuse the resources of the country.
He charges that the appointment of people with pending Constitutional court cases relating to 2016 elections like Ms.Mwanakatwe should have waited until the court ruled on the matter.
Meanwhile Mr. Chipenzi has commended President Edgar Lungu for appointing Dora Siliya as new Information and Broadcasting Services Minister taking over from Kapamba Mulenga.
Mr. Chipenzi says Ms Siliya seemed like a lost sheep as Minister of Agriculture.
