Pay-per-view problems delay start of Mayweather-Pacquiao fight

The start of Saturday’s Floyd Mayweather-Manny Pacquiao fight was delayed after several cable and satellite companies had trouble processing the rush of pay-per-view orders.

Fans attempting to plunk down $100 for the fight ran into trouble in several different ways and experienced difficulties when they attempted to resolve the problems with customer service. Frustrated the fans lodged complaints on social media toward several companies including DirecTV, Charter and Time Warner.
