The Patriotic Front (PF) has announced that unaccredited delegates will be barred from attending the PF general conference at Mulungushi University in Kabwe.

PF Secretary General Bridget Atanga has since advised all delegates to get accredited in advance prior to attending the conference in Kabwe.

Mrs Atanga named Mulungushi International Conference Center in Lusaka as the designated point of accreditation for Members of the Central Committee, Members of Parliament, PF secretariat and all Lusaka province delegates.

She explained that accreditation for Members of the Central Committee, MP’s and the PF secretariat will start on thursday, November 27, 2014 at 14 hours.

Mrs Atanga however said accreditation for all Lusaka province delegates will start on Friday November, 28, 2014 at 14 hours at Mulungushi International Conference Center.

She further said delegates from Central, Southern, Western and Eastern provinces will be accredited at the Council Chambers in Kabwe on Friday November, 28, 2014 starting at 06:00 hours.

Delegates from the Copperbelt, North-Western, Muchinga, Northern and Luapula provinces will be accredited at the Council Chambers in Kapiri Mposhi on Friday November 28, 2014 from 06:00 hours.

And Mrs Atanga said no accreditation will be done at the Mulungushi University and that anyone who will not be accredited will not be allowed to enter the venue for the PF General Conference.

The PF will on Saturday November 29, 2014 hold a General Conference at the Mulungushi University in Kabwe to choose the party’s candidate for the January 20, 2015 Presidential by-election.

This is according to a statement issued to ZANIS in Lusaka today by PF Secretary General Bridget Atanga.
