Court bailiffs have for the second time pounced on the financially crippled Times of Zambia this time invading the company’s Lusaka offices.

This comes barely a week when bailiffs got away with furniture, fridges and other items at the Times of Zambia head office in Ndola.

A QFM news crew that rushed to the Times of Zambia offices located on Freedom Way this afternoon found the bailiffs collecting items that included computers and chairs from all departments, as workers watching helplessly.

Efforts to get a comment from the Times of Zambia management proved futile as the human resource manager and the acting managing director were not available.

Meanwhile Zambia Union of Journalist acting President Shamaona Musonda says the incident is unfortunate and undesirable.

Mr. Musonda who could not comment any further has appealed to Journalists at the institution to be calm and wait for further instructions from management.
