Opposition MMD president Nevers Mumba says the resolve to demand for the release of the draft constitution has not changed despite opposition Members of Parliament not staging a protest as Parliament resumed sitting yesterday.

Dr. Mumba has told Qfm News that the strategy of the opposition parties is to use the Grand Coalition on the constitution as the mouth piece for demanding for release of the new constitution.

Dr. Mumba says opposition political parties are now focusing on putting their ideas together on how to use the Coalition to apply more pressure on government to deliver the new constitution.

He says if need arises to use Parliament to do anything in this respect, such an idea would be discussed in the Coalition among political parties to see what else could be done to apply more pressure on government.

Dr Mumba says as things stand at moment everything is on track and the Grand Coalition has become the voice to demand the enactment of the new constitution.
