TP Mazembe striker Given Singuluma has received a call-up for Zambia’s monthly training camp on 18 May in Lusaka.

Singuluma gets his first call in 14 months since ex-Zambia coach Herve Renard invited him for Chipolopolo’s 2014 Fifa World Cup Group D qualifier away to Lesotho on 24 March in Maseru.

However, Singuluma was unavailable for national duty due to Mazembe’s 2013 Caf Champions League engagement against Mochudi Centre Chiefs of Botswana.

Singuluma is one of two foreign-based players drafted for the monthly training camp usually exclusively for home-based players that coach Patrice Beaumelle initiated in January 2014.

His Mazembe club mate and defender Kabaso Chongo is the other high profile call-up.

Meanwhile, Beaumelle has also called up two players still on the mend for the domestic training camp.

Red Arrows goalkeeper Daniel Munyau who has been sidelined since late September, 2013 and his club mate winger Bruce Musakanya who is currently on loan at Nkana have both been invited for the week-long camp in Lusaka.

Musakanya has been struggling with a hamstring injury that has dogged him since November, 2013.
