Vice president Guy Scott has been advised to concentrate his time and energy on ensuring that the ruling Patriotic Front (PF) delivers on the promises it made to the people of Zambia as opposed to his continued verbal attacks on former Defence Minister Geoffrey Mwamba.

Southern African Center for the Constructive Resolution of Disputes (SACCORD) Executive Director Boniface Cheembe says there are more important governance issues which Dr. Scott should be concentrating on as opposed to issuing verbal attacks on the PF Kasama central Member of Parliament.

Mr. Cheembe adds that the PF government should not be seen to be persecuting Mr. Mwamba simply because he choose to resign from government.

He says the PF government should instead exhibit a culture of tolerance and continue to embrace all party members.

The SACCORD Executive has told Qfm News that it is tolerance that will help the ruling party to grow as well as help it to be in a position of commanding and building confidence in the Zambian people.
