Mr. Kabimba is on Tuesday the 11th of December is expected give a ministerial statement in the Parliament on the status of the current constitutional making process.SACCORD Executive Director Boniface Cheembe says Mr. Kabimba’s Ministerial statement must also inspire confidence that the Patriotic Front (PF) government still has a time frame in which it intends to enact a new constitution.

Speaking in an interview with Qfm, Mr. Cheembe has said that this communication must be given in very clear and not in uncertain terms to dismiss the anxiety that has been created among the people in the country on the way forward on enacting a new constitution.

Mr. Cheembe says this is why SACCORD looks forward to hearing the Ministerial statement by Mr. Kabimba on Tuesday this week.
