Kabimba challenged to clearly explain the delay in releasing the final draft

Justice Minister Wynter Kabimba has been challenged to explain the delay in releasing the final draft constitution to public and the Head of State.

Foundation for Democratic Process Executive Director Macdonald Chipenzi has also demanded a convincing explanation from the Justice Minister why the PF government has demanded the printing of only 10 copies of the draft constitution as he gives a ministerial statement to Parliament on Tuesday next week.

Mr. Chipenzi says any explanation other than a convincing one will be unacceptable.

Mr. Chipenzi says people of Zambia are eager to hear government’s clear explanation country on the reasons for printing only ten copies of the final draft constitution.
