Nkana Coach Masauso Mwale appointed Renard’s Assistant


Lusaka, June 28th, 2013, ZANIS —  The Football Association of Zambia says it  is pleased to announce the appointment of Masauso Mwale as assistant coach of the Zambia National Soccer Team – the Chipolopolo.

 

Mwale’s appointment is with immediate effect. The appointment of Mwale was made by the FAZ Executive Committee Emergency Meeting which was held at the Football House on Thursday 27th June 2013 and chaired by FAZ President Kalusha Bwalya.

 

ZANIS sports reports that FAZ Communications Manager Erick Mwanza confirmed the development in a statement in Lusaka, today.


Honour Janza, who has been serving in that position in an interim capacity, reverts to his substantive position of Technical Director of the Football Association of Zambia to spearhead the Associations development agenda in line with the Association’s Strategic Plan.


Janza will also oversee all junior national teams in line with his job description as Technical Director.
FAZ will now proceed to engage Nkana Football Club on Mwale’s new national team role.
