Chama constituencies resolve to work on common goals

Chama Constituencies Committee members have resolved to work tirelessly in order to develop the once neglected Chama district.

District Constituency Development Fund Chairman Sam Lungu said this during the Chama North and South committees meeting to discuss the implementation of the 2012 CDF.

Mr Lungu told ZANIS in press statement in Chama on Thursday that so far, the members resolved among other things to procure graders and tipper trucks for the two constituencies for the grading of feeder roads in the district.

He said the two committees also resolved to seven banana boats as well as the completion of the new Civic Centre office block in Chama Boma among other vital activities for the development of the area.
