ZAMBIA have walloped the Likuena of Lesotho 4-0 in the 2014 Africa zone World Cup preliminary qualifier at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola.

Netherlands-based striker Jacob Mulenga scored a brace with captain Chris Katongo who had an outstanding game on the right side of the midfield and a re-branded Collins Mbesuma scoring a goal each.

The victory, secured at a sell-out stadium, took Zambia back to the top of the group on 10 points, one better than the Black Stars who beat Sudan 24 hours earlier in Khartoum.
Lesotho and Sudan are now out of contention and will be waiting to play the role of spoilers.
The Chipolopolo's next game is against Sudan next Saturday in Ndola while Ghana travel to Maseru for next Sunday's encounter.
