Ministry of Transport, Works, Supply and Communication Permanent Secretary, Muyenga Atanga observed that there are a lot of business opportunities in water transport.

The Permanent Secretary however called on the would-be investors to ensure that they follow all the safety procedures when they engage in the water transport business.
