THE United Party for National Development (UPND) says it will deal with the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) if the August 11 general elections do not turn out according to its expectations.
And UPND president Hakainde Hichilema has promised to revamp Zambia’s agricultural policy, which he alleges has collapsed under the Patriotic Front (PF) government.
National youth chairperson Likando Mufalali made the threat on the ECZ during the party’s campaign rally in Chongwe on Monday.
“We will blame ECZ for whatever will go wrong in the August 11 elections. We will deal with them,” he said at Katoba grounds.
