A LUSAKA lawyer Clement Mwale and a regional manager Francis Nanguzgambo, accused of forgery and uttering false documents, will appear appear in the Lusaka Magistrates Court soon.

Mwale, 55, of house no. 16, Hybrid Road , Chamba Valley, and Nanguzgambo, 64, a regional manager of an unnamed firm of house no. 18, Luapula Street, Kabwe, are alleged to have committed the offences on April 3, 2003. The duo in count one are facing a charge of forgery contrary Section 342 and 347 of the laws of Zambia.
It is alleged that Mwale and Nanguzgambo on April 3, 2003 jointly and while acting together with intent to defraud and deceive, allegedly forged one sale of property letter no. F 609/E/59/16 purpoting to show that it was genuinely prepared and signed by Lucas Soko when in fact not.
In count two, it is alleged that Mwale in the months of February and March, 2014, knowingly and fraudulently, uttered a sale of property letter no. F 609/E/59/16 to Javi Makumbi, a High Court marshal.
