Mumbi Phiri cautions PF cadres

PF Deputy Secretary General Mumbi Phiri has cautioned PF cadres at Lusaka’s Soweto market against engaging themselves in acts of violence.

Mrs Phiri says more people will only be attracted to the PF if cadres uphold discipline and good behavior.

Speaking to PF cadres at Soweto market today , Mrs Mrs Phiri says her visit to the market was necessitated by complaints from traders that PF cadres were harassing them.

She says there is no way PF will attract members if its cadre continue to harass traders at the market.

Mrs Phiri says she was aware that some leaders were using youths to perpetrate violence for selfish reasons.

Mrs Phiri also urged youths to be weary of people in the PF already positioning themselves for 2016 elections.

And PF Soweto market vice chairperson Joseph Chama says the youths would endeavour to promote the party at the grassroots level.
