President Edgar Lungu says he is not afraid to have his immunity lifted after leaving the Presidency because he has nothing to hide.
And President Lungu has warned that he will dismiss civil servants leaking classified information to the media.
The Head of State was speaking at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport shortly before departure for Harare to attend the Southern Africa Development Community-SADC- heads of state summit .
Meanwhile, President Lungu arrived in Zimbabwe for the SADC Heads of State Summit.
President Lungu arrived at Harare International Airports yesterday at about 15:10 hours Tuesday and was welcomed by Foreign Affairs Ministers Harry Kalaba and Zimbabwe’s Foreign Affairs Minister Simbarashe Mumbengegwi.
The Zambian Head of State held talks with his Zimbabwean counterpart Robert Mugabe.
The President is also scheduled to grace the Zimbabwean Trade Fair.-ZNBC
