Limulunga scoops BoZ regional school quiz

—Limulunga Secondary School has scooped the Bank of Zambia Western Province quiz held at Kambule Secondary in Mongu yesterday under the theme” learn more about the Central Bank”.


The quiz was contested by four secondary schools namely Limulunga, Senanga, Sefula and St. Columbus.


Limulunga Secondary School teacher, Betty Mwale, expressed happiness at the winning of her school saying it came as a surprise.


Mrs Mwale urged her pupils to study and research further in order to scoop the upcoming national quiz, adding that she has confidence in her pupils.


Western Province Principal Education Standards Officer, Brainley Malambo ,commended Limulunga Secondary School for scooping the quiz and encouraged the pupils to work extra hard in order to bring glory to the province.


 Mr Malambo also thanked the Central Bank for sponsoring the programme and making the quiz come to pass because it was long awaited by the province.


Meanwhile, Bank of Zambia Chief Security Officer, Shadreck Mutukwa, stated that the main purpose of the quiz was to educate pupils and have feedback from them on the financial operations of the Bank.
