The opposition UPND has charged that the people of Zambia should brace themselves for tougher times ahead.

UPND-Northern Province Information and Publicist Secretary; Edward Musonda made the remakes in an interview with Mano News in relation to yesterday’s increment on fuel as announced by the Energy Regulation Board.

Mr. Musonda stated that the increment on fuel will make mealie meal unaffordable to most Zambians.

He alleged that the state of affairs is now testimony that the PF government does not care about the well-being of its citizens.

Meanwhile, some Taxi drivers in Kasama who stormed Radio Mano today to express their disappointment regarding the increase on fuel have has since hiked fares with immediate effect.
