ZDA urges Zambian entrepreneurs to utilize April 1st, Zambia-China Trade Seminar

The Zambia Development Agency (ZDA) has urged Zambian business people to take advantage of the Zambia-China Trade Seminar that will be held at the Lusaka East Multi Facility Zone next week.

And Jilin Province Overseas agriculture Investment and Development Group  chairperson Yao Yunwu says over 30 enterpreneurs from China’s Jilin Province are expected to participate in the 1st April Trade Seminar in Lusaka.

ZDA M-Phase Manager Robert Banda says the trade Seminar will afford small scale and medium entrepreneurs an opportunity to interact and explore possibilities of partnering with Chinese investors.

Mr. Banda said it is through such partnerships that small and medium entrepreneurs can grown their businesses.

The ZDA M-phase Manager said this in an interview with ZANIS last evening  during the official launch of BroadPay self-service kiosks for airtime and other  utility bills at .

And Jilin Province Overseas agriculture Investment and Development Group  chairperson Yao Yunwu says over 30 entrepreneurs from China’s Jilin Province are expected to participate in the 1st April Trade Seminar in Lusaka.

Speaking through an interpreter,  Mr. Yunwu said the companies expected in the country are from the Agriculture, automobile, construction and industrial sectors.

He said the Chinese exhibitors will give an opportunity to Zambians to learn about the technological advancements taking place in China.

Mr. Yunwu said the visiting Chinese investors are interested to see how best they can utilise local natural resources to the fullest and come up with products that can be sold both locally and internationally.
