Patriotic Front (PF) youths in Mpulungu and Mbala Districts have expressed displeasure with the remarks by vice president Guy Scott to dare former Defense Minister Geoffrey Mwamba to resign from the ruling party if he is man enough.

Speaking in a telephone interview with Qfm news, Mbala and Mpulungu youth coordinator Carlos Siame says such statements coming from Dr. Scott, who is also the party’s vice president, are divisive.

Mr. Siame has advised Dr. Scott to instead promote unity and dialogue in the ruling party.

And Mr. Siame notes that youths in Mbala and Mpulungu Districts have seen nothing wrong with Mr. Mwamba’s postings on his facebook page that could necessitate the republic vice president to issue a statement as he did at media briefing where he warned Mr. Mwamba that if he does not resign the party will have to use painful and undignified process to remove him.
