Mr Nkunika issued the directive yesterday during the stakeholders meeting at Mbala secondary school following the water utility company’s failure to supply water at the learning institution.

He expressed disappointment with the water supplying company for failing to supply water four months after government paid it K183, 000 in September last year for water supply improvement at the school.

The Permanent Secretary castigated the water utility company for being insensitive to the welfare of the pupils and directed that the school should be connected with improved water supply before it opens next Monday.
