Zambia Youth Association in the Fight Against Corruption has called on the Zambia Police to cancel the ongoing recruitment because it has been done secretly.
ZYAFAC Executive Director, Rickson Kanema, has told QFM News that there is need for the Zambia Police to conduct recruitments in a transparent manner and not through filthy means.
Mr. Kanema says the police should call for fresh recruitment to enable qualified candidates enroll unlike enlisting unqualified people behind the doors.
He says the Police Service should promote transparency in their operations especially with the public perception of being one of the most corrupt institutions.
