Opposition Movement for Multi-Party Democracy (MMD) Solwezi Central Member of Parliament Lucky Mulusa has demanded that termination of the contract given to Road Pave Contractors to work on the Chingola- Solwezi Road.
Mr. Mulusa says this is in order to serve public resources from being wasted as Road Pave Contractors may have won the road construction contract fraudulently as they doing shoddy works on the road through another company it has sub-contracted, China Ghoul.
Mr. Mulusa says the people of Solwezi will not allow Road Pave Contractors to carry on with the Roads works because they won the contract to do the Job.
And Mr. Mulusa is of the view that contract to work on the Chingola-Solwezi road should instead be awarded to China Ghoul as Pave Road Contractors has allegedly failed to deliver to the expected quality of works which in essence is a breach of its contract.
