Opposition National Restoration Party (NAREP) President Elias Chipimo Junior has observed that the Patriotic Front (PF) government is in an operating crisis mode because it is not able to manage itself as a party.
Mr. Chipimo says this why the PF has not been able to come with clear policy guidelines.
Mr. Chipimo is however says it is important of the people in the country to have a government that has a clear leadership vision and that communicate consistently to enable citizens understand its policy.
Mr. Chipimo says as government the PF is not supposed to wait until a crisis happens but that the government is supposed to anticipate coming of a crisis.
He says the PF government can stay alert of the occurrence of crisis if it actively regularly begins to regularly engage with all stakeholders.
