ZANIS reports that Mr. Milunga was speaking to traditional leaders during the annual traditional general meeting held at Chief Kashiba’s palace on Friday.

He said government has introduced free education for primary level in an effort to fight illiteracy and ensure that everyone has access to education hence the need for parents to take advantage of the
situation.

Mr. Milunga added that education is important for national development and said parents should take children to school including those who
