Kambwili charged, says won’t be intimidated

Police on the Cooper belt have recorded a warn and caution statement from National Democratic Congress NDC consultant Dr Chishimba kambwili.

Police have accused Dr. Kambwili and four others of proposing violence.

Dr. Kambwili was slapped with the charge by police in Ndola on Tuesday morning.

The charge slapped on Dr kambwili and four miner’s is based on a secret recording passed on to police by a snitch from the Pf.

The authenticity of the recording is however questionable as it can’t be independently be verified.

The NDC consultant and Roan constituency strongman were accompanied to police by his Lawyer Christopher Mundia.

Dr. Kambwili was in high spirits and looked composed as he was thronged by hundreds of supporter as he left Ndola police.

The NDC consultant and his four accused who include National Union of Miners And Allied Workers NUMAW vice President Adam Zulu have all denied the charge.

And Dr kambwili says he will not stop speaking out on the injustice that Zambians and miners, in general, are passing through.

Addressing NDC members, Dr kambwili said the people of Zambia will teach Pf a lesson in 2021 through the ballot.

Dr. Kambwili says his spirits are high despite being questioned by Police.

He says he is not intimidated by the recent persecution that he has been passing through at the hands of the Pf regime.

He has noted that attempt’s to intimidate him by Government are mere acts of desperation.

And Dr. Kambwili has implored NDC members to work hard saying he will never stop speaking out against injustice and other social ills that Zambians are passing through at the hands of the Pf Government.
