Cosmo reports VJ to Police…..

National Revolution Party (NRP) President Cosmo Mumba has filed a complaint with the Police against Veteran politician Vernon Mwaanga for suggesting that the August 11th General Election could be rigged.
He becomes the second person to file a complaint against the veteran politician after suspended MMD national youth Secretary Bowman Lusambo filed a similar complaint on Monday.
Briefing Journalists shortly after filing the complaint at Lusaka Central Police, Dr. Mumba says statements such as the one attributed to Dr. Mwaanga should be avoided especially now that the nation is preparing for the elections.
He says he has reported Dr. Mwaanga to the Police so that he can be investigated and disclose which methods the PF will use to rig the elections.
Dr. Mumba has also hinted at reporting Rainbow Party Leader Wynter Kabimba to the Police for insinuating that Zambia has been taken back to a one party state following the amendment of the constitution.
Meanwhile, Dr. Mumba has disclosed that he will be contesting the August 11 General Election and with Zambia Redemption Front (ZRF) President Kelly Walubita Junior as his Running Mate.
