Banda concerned UTH is still congested

UPND vice president for political affairs Canisius Banda is concerned that the Country’s highest referral hospital UTH is still struggling with the issue of congestion.
Dr. Banda has taken note that UTH is still in a deficit of bed space despite government having promised to address the problem.
He thinks that government should give a listening hear to this problem and actually address it.
