INTERNATIONAL striker Winston Kalengo yesterday netted at the death as Zesco United came from behind to hold Nkwazi in a Super Division rescheduled Week 23 match watched by inspector general of police Stella Libongani.
Kalengo nodded in Cletus Chama’s cross in the 90th minute pushing Zesco to 56 points, seven better than second-placed Zanaco.
And the players and officials took cover for a minute in the 35th minute after bees hovered around Edwin Imboela Stadium.
Even referee Roderick Ng’andu and his assistants went to the ground.
Apart from the bees causing confusion, it was a boring first half.
On resumption, Nkwazi upped the tempo and took the lead from a penalty.

Zesco defender Simon Silwimba handled in the box and Ng’andu pointed to the spot on 48 minutes.
Skipper Chipungu Musukuma beat goalkeeper Jacob Banda sending the Nkwazi fans led by Libongani into frenzy.
Zesco coach George Lwandamina responded by unleashing Clifford Mulenga for Matthews Nkowane in the 63rd minute, while Maybin Mwaba replaced Mwape Mwelwa on 81 minutes.
Mulenga shot wide on 84 minutes but Kalengo ensured the reigning champions did not drop points heading in a Chama cross.
Nkwazi, who beat Zesco 2-1 in Ndola, have 37 points.
