Zambia coach Honour Janza has ruled out any possibility of calling up his TP Mazembe trio for the 2015 Cosafa Castle Cup.

Janza said defender Kabaso Chongo, striker Given Singuluma and Zambia captain Rainford Kalaba would not be available due to their forthcoming 2015 Caf Champions League commitments.

The Zambia coach however added that fit-again midfielder Nathan Sinkala who played his first match in Sunday’s 2-0 friendly win over Malawi since January was more likely to make the team.

“The only player we think maybe released is Nathan Sinkala,” Janza said.

“As for the others, I think it will be a big challenge because TP Mazembe will be engaged in continental action and will be busy during that time.”

Sinkala is currently back training with Mazembe after his six-month loan deal with Swiss club Grasshopper expired last December.

Meanwhile, Janza has revealed that he is also considering the Israel-based duo of defender Emmanuel Mbola and striker Evans Kangwa for Cosafa Cup duty.

The duo wrap-up their 2014/2015 season obligations this weekend with Hapoel Ra’anana. Zambia are the defending champions of the Cosafa Cup that will be held in South Africa from May 17-31.

Janza’s side has been handed a preliminary group stage bye and will enter the competition on May 25.

They await the winner from Group A comprising of Namibia, Seychelles, Mauritius and fellow four-time champions Zimbabwe.
