Education Minister Michael Kaingu has disclosed that his Ministry has been dragged to court by three publishes who were not awarded the contract to print education materials for the new curriculum.
Dr. Kaingu says the court case has delayed the printing of education materials supposed to be distributed to all the schools.
The Minister however says the Ministry is committed to ensuring that more education materials are printed.
And Mr Kaingu says he welcomes partnerships that are intended to promote entrepreneurships in schools.
Mr. Kaingu was speaking
this morning when a social entrepreneur Frank Masanta founder of the youth for Africa paid a curtsey call on him.
And Mr. Masanta says he is mobilizing people to help build schools in rural areas so that many children can access education.
