President Lungu said his administration will not condone violence and warned that perpetrators regardless of their political affiliations will face the full weight of the law.

Mr Lungu wondered why PF cadres are behaving badly when their party is the one in power.

He pointed out that it is unacceptable for PF cadres to continue victimising opposition cadres urged them to respect the rule of law and maintain law and order.

Meanwhile, President Lung has noted that UPND Leader Hakainde Hichilema has been upright in the way his party has handled the loss of the presidential election.

  1. One of my brothers whose a lawyer told me that Edgar has a great sense of humour and begining to believe him. This is a type of President I want to call my President. My worry was about the type of people who surrounded him, but I can clearly see that he will handle that very well. He is now President for the Republic of Zambia and not Pf. Congratulations Mr President for coming to the aid of UPND, ala abantu nabachula. Also stop them from mocking your brother HH from all sorts of insults. Stop them and be a President for all, people will vote for u not because of thuggery but by the level of your performane and delivery to all Zambians. Thanking for what you.
