Zambia drops on FIFA rankings

ZAMBIA has dropped four places to 50th position on the Coca-Cola FIFA world rankings.
The Chipolopolo have nose-dived by one rung in Africa to 11th position.
According to the rankings released in Zurich yesterday, Honour Janza’s men have accumulated 625 points.
Tunisia, Zambia’s opponents at the 2015 Equatorial Guinea Africa Cup of Nations, are second on the continent and 22nd globally and Cape Verde are seventh in Africa and 22nd in the world.
Democratic Republic of Congo are 13th on the continent and 57th overall.
Algeria have maintained top position in Africa and are 18th in the world.
