PF Mandevu constituency backs Miles

The Patriotic Front in Mandevu constituency has endorsed Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa as its preferred candidate for the PF presidency.
In a walk-in interview, Mandevu Constituency Chairman Moses Makasa who was accompany Constituency Secretary Lusale Kanyanta and Youth Secretary Norbert Kunda, says Mr Sampa has demonstrated his capabilities during the three years he has been Member of Parliament by initiating a number of developMilesment initiatives in his constituency.
Mr Makasa says Mr Sampa has demonstrated that he has a heart for people and seeing to it that the poor are uplifted.
He says the Matero parliamentarian has shown that he is wise and capable of presiding over the affairs of the nation.
And Mr Makasa says people should not demonize former first Lady Dr Christine Kaseba for declaring her interest in the PF presidency because it is her democratic right.
He says Dr Kaseba shared the vision with President Michael Sata to develop the country.
And Mandevu constituency Secretary Lusale Kanyanta says they are working flat out to ensure that Mr Sampa takes over the leadership of the Patriotic Front.
And Mandevu youth Secretary Norbert Kunda says the youths in the constituency will not side with anyone siding with failures.
Mr Kunda adds that the next President of the PF should be elected by the structures of the party through the general conference just like President Michael Sata was elected in 2010.
He president Sata respected the PF grassroots as evidenced by the slogan he coined of power to the people.
