2)–Eastern pensioners mourn Sata

-Chiefs Zumwanda and Mphamba of Lundazi district in the Eastern province have described the death of President Michael Sata as a great loss not only  to people of Lundazi but Zambia as a whole.

Chiefs Zumwanda and Mphamba said they learnt with deep shock and grief of the untimely death of President Sata who died on 28th October in a London hospital.

ZANIS in Lundazi reports that the two traditional rulers said this in their messages they wrote in the Book of Condolences at the office of the Lundazi District Commissioner.

The two traditional rulers said that during the three year leadership of President Sata, Zambia had witnessed unprecedented development work such as the road infrastructure, schools, in the health sector, agriculture, communication, rural electrification and tourism among others

They wished the first Family, the government of the republic of Zambia and the entire nation of Zambia Gods guidance, continued peace and unity as the people join hands to mourn the loss of the Fifth Republican President.

Meanwhile,  Lundazi District Council Chairman Aaron Manda has described the late President Sata as a visionary and hard working leader.

Mr Manda said this in his condolence message signed today at the office the Lundazi District Commissioner in the book of Condolences opened to the general public.
