The Football Association of Zambia Disciplinary Committee sat over the weekend and handed out the following verdicts on some of the cases that it considered,

MALALO POLICE PLAYER BANNED FOR LIFE.

The disciplinary committee considered a case of an abandoned week six division two north match between, Kasama Malalo Police and Tazara Blue Stars on April 26, 2014.Enock Moyo of Kasama police manhandled the referee forcing the game to be abandoned. The committee has handed a life ban to the said player. Further Malalo Police have been fined K1, 500.For their failure to attend the hearing of the said case, Malalo Police have been charged K200.

ABANDONED LEAGUE MATCH: KABWE WARRIORS VS CHOMA GREEN EAGLES.

The said game was abandoned in the 63rd minute when Kabwe Warriors fans became unruly after Green Eagles scored a goal. The committee has awarded three points to Green Eagles, on a two goals to zero basis. Further Kabwe Warriors must pay K5, 000.

In another verdict,Lusaka Dynamos have been awarded three points over their unfulfilled fixture with Kafue Celtics on April 27 at Khosa stadium. Kafue Celtics have further been charged K1, 500 for failing to fulfill this fixture.

And in a similar case of unfulfilled fixtures, Lusaka Tigers have been awarded three points on a two goals to zero basis. This is after Mazabuka United failed to fulfill a week six match with the Lusaka based side.

All the affected clubs are reminded of their right to appeal the verdicts passed.
