The Zambia under-20 national team will enter camp on April 14 to begin preparations for its forthcoming Senegal 2014 Africa Youth Championship qualifying engagements in May.

The 25-member team will regroup in Lusaka for its second training camp under head coach George Lwandamina following its earlier get-together a month ago in the Zambian capital.

Zambia will enter the fray in the second round on May 10 when they travel to face the winner of the first round qualifying tie involving Mozambique and Namibia.

The return leg will be played in Zambia on May 24.

Mozambique currently lead Namibia 2-1 from the first leg played on April 5 ahead of the return leg decider on April 26 in Windhoek.

Meanwhile, the winner of Zambia’s second round tie will advance to the final qualifying phase next August to play DR Congo or the winner of the first round qualifier between Malawi and Botswana for a place at next year’s finals in Senegal.

DR Congo, like Zambia, were given a first-round bye.
