SONDASHI sues KAINGU, The Post and Daily Nation Newspapers

Opposition Forum for Democratic Alternatives-FDA president DR. LUDWIG SONDASHI has sued MMD vice President for Politics MICHAEL KAINGU, The Post and Daily Nation Newspapers for defamation. DR. SONDAHSI is demanding damages for slander and libel from DR. KAINGU and the two tabloids. The FDA President alleges that DR. KAINGU was quoted in an article issued in the Daily Nation Newspaper of February 8 2014 under the headline SONDASHI angers MMD. DR. SONDASHI has also dragged the Post and Daily Nation Newspapers to court for defamation. The FDA leader is also requesting the High Court to restrain the tabloids from publishing any defamatory article of him. According to the writ of summons filed in the Lusaka High Court DR. SONDASHI is demoing damages for libel
