CHIPOLOPOLO defender, Stoppila Sunzu has for the third month running been voted Player of the Month at struggling French Ligue 1, FC Sochaux.
And China-based Zambia striker, James Chamanga yesterday hit a hat trick in his team Liaoning Whowin’s 3-0 demolishing of Harbin Yiteng.
Sunzu, who last weekend scored in Sochaux’s 1-1 draw with Olympique Marseille, was named  the club’s best player for the month of March.
The strong Zambian defence kingpin, who has so far scored four times at Sochaux since joining the club late last year, also scooped the top accolade in January and February.
Sunzu, who with compatriots Nathan Sinkala and Emmanuel Mayuka were part of coach Herve Renard’s squad that faced Bastia last night, will pick up his March award this weekend when Sochaux host Toulouse in Montbeliard.
For a third month running, Chipolopolo defender Stoppilla Sunzu has been voted Sochaux’s player of the month after he was voted player of the month for March.
Sunzu has dominated the monthly award since arriving at the relegation threatened Ligue 1 side.
And Chamanga was Whowin’s hat trick hero in their 3-0 trashing of Yiteng yesterday in the Chinese League.
