Police Spokesperson Charity Munganga-Chanda says investigation into the matter in which suspected Patriotic Front (PF) cadre fired two gun shots in the air during the Katuba Parliamentary by-elections are still ongoing.
The Police have been investigating circumstances under which the suspected PF cadre fired the two shots to scare away UPND cadres who were alleged to have attacked Northern Province Minister Freedom Sikazwe.
Ms. Chanda has told Qfm News in a telephone interview that the investigation is broad and that she could not comment further.
She says this is in order to avoid divulging information on a matter under investigations.
